Hi Everyone & Happy 2011!
One of my main goals this year is to lose some post-baby pounds! I have gained a total of about 195lbs, with all 3 of my kids! When I was 19 & 20, it seemed much easier to get rid of those extra pounds than it's been this time around. SO - I've decided to find motivation from outside sources & get on board to lose these pounds, before my daughter turns 2, in September!
I found a new product, the Baboosh Body, by Brooke Burke. I used it today for the 1st time & loved it! In the last 10 days, I've worked out 5. That's not bad, considering the last time I was at the gym, was last Summer! I commited to 4-5 days a week, in my list of 2011 goals!
I also decided for the first 3 1/2 months (until my March 18th birthday...)
I would become a vegetarian. I was a vegan for almost 8 years, and was in the best shape & felt healthy & just overall fabulous! I don't want to go over board with that just yet, but so far, 10 days into being vegetarian, I am feeling great!
So, as we go into the second week of the new year...I wish you all luck with your goals & staying motivated!
